Why do you think those are random? Looks like the camera turned off the IR lamp around 8AM (assuming your camera clock is accurate) and back on at 4PM. Those seem maybe a little late and early, respectively, for this time of year, but depending on where you live and what your camera settings are (and where your camera is installed), that could well be normal.
