Hello Team,
Kindly assist me in enabling this remote CPE management platform on my network. I work for a tier-2 ISP and I am trying to activate TR69 onto all our live network devices. Which model & hardware version do I need to achieve this?
Kind Regards,
MJM.

I don't see the DIR-605L model supports TR-069 as per specs (ftp://ftp.dlink.ca/PRODUCTS/DIR-605L/DIR-605L_DATASHEET_1.00_EN.PDF). Do you see somewhere it says it does? I think the DIR-835 had it, but not the 605. I also found this link. (http://www.dlink.com/rs/sr/service-provider-solutions/technology/tr-069)

Do you have an equipment agreement with Dlink? If so, you would be much better off contacting them through official means about this. You don't want to get wrong advice and order 500 CPE and waste your money.

- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
TR69 support hasn't been around since DIR-615 I believe. I don't think any other models much beyond the 615 supported the TR feature.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

FYI it seems to be available on the DIR-835 too, but that is also a 4 year old router. See link. (http://wireless.sys-con.com/node/2489810) I imagine it's probably available on a few other models too, but I couldn't find anything recent. My guess is it was cut when the new UI/firmware was designed.

What devices do your customers have that you are trying to access? Are they all Dlink? If so, I assume you're not buying them at the local Walmart, and you have some contact with Dlink. If so, this question is better directed at them since they will know what they sold you and what it is capable of and how to integrate it into your network.

I'll see if I can get some information from D-Link about this...
