I have bought a DCS-5030L camera
I dont receive push notifications in my Iphone from App "My DLink Lite".
I have the last iOS updates on Iphone 6Plus and I have enable all the flag for receive push notifications in Settings of telephones
I receive email but I need push notifications in real time of the events.
Please help me.
Push notifications are enable also in the app settings.

I have this problem too, i have the DCS-932LB1 and i have notifications on, motion detection is on and i haven't gotten any motion notifications, i have walked in front to see if it would work, to test it, and nothing, please help with this!!. Thanks

I give further details of settings:
I have received push notifications on my iPhone only the first day of setup of CAM.
I have updates firmware as requested of MyDLink website but problem persist. Recorder on SD Card it'ok, when Cam views movements and I received notifications by email. But gmail on iPhone mail app it's not in real time as push notifications :(
So, I think that it's a DLink app problem...
Please share your experience!!!

This maybe a mydlink.com service issue. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

So,
I have written to Italian support of DLink and i'm waiting for reply. Actually support's processing my case.
It's possible that app DLink Lite uses the so called "value add-services" of telephone providers.
Value-added services, also called "premium" or "content", are services that can be provided by telephone provider or even by proprietary content companies, via SMS, MMS or via fixed-line (WEB) or mobile (WAP) that you can activate, receive and / or enjoy on your Phone, Tablet or PC.
These are services such as logos, ringtones, horoscopes, weather, news, videos, wallpapers and (more junk stuff)...
This morning I have called my telephone provider and I have enabled, at the moment, these services... So I have received the push notification when my camera has readed a movement this afternoon.
I dont know that it's the solution, I'm monitoring the situation in the next days.
I wait the reply of DLink support.

Thanks for the information and feedback. Seems like it could be a phone service issue. Let us know what D-Link support responds with, if any thing.

I'm from Italy too and with the same problem with a DCS 5020L.
I've noted that the DLink Push Notifications completely stopped to work when I've activated the notifications by mail. Is it possible that this option disable push notification? I've the same iPhone (6Plus).

There was a maintenance period just last week so things may have changed. I recommend that you contact your regional D-Link support office and inquire about this issue.
