Title: How can i choose between 2.4G or 5G

Hello

I have the DIR-895L

And both light of 2.4G and 5G is on

But i can choose between them in my laptop or iphone

Even in the wepsite it give 2.4G and 5G randomly for my devices and i cant change it

So what is the problem ?

If Smart connect is enabled, the router will automatically choose what radio the device should use and is capable of.

You can disable Smart Connect and manually set up different SSID names then you would have the option to manually select which radio to connect your device too.
