What cell service do you have? TMobile, ATT, Sprint or Verizon?
Are the devices appearing if you use a web browser and go to mydlink.com with a PC using IE11 or FF?

Tried with sim cards of all operators and the internal error displays as described previously. Note that the same internal error occurs when connects to internet through wifi from any router.

Yes. Both deviced appear active and show the camera view and router upload speed, ds, devices connected through router, etc in the web browser with IE, FF using the same network wifi that i use to connect with windows phone, but in my WP the internal error is shown.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Already contact DLink phone support, but they dont know anything. Thatīs why i am asking in this forum. I think the app itself has a problem.

You said you tried multiple carriers. So this is all from 1 device? Have you tried from a different phone or tablet?
What version of Windows?
-
Multiple carriers, three Windows Phones 8.1 devices and always the same error. Not a phone problem.
Mydlink app v.3.6.2 is having an issue., previous versions of Mydlink app run ok.
-
To be clear, you receive this error when connecting either locally to your router via wi-fi or remotely, and it worked with the previous version of mydlink lite.
I haven't heard of any issues with the Windows version. I will send this to the camera people to see if they know of this or know what the error code means.
Are you in the US?
-
When i connect my dlink lite through wifi to my router or through 4G, my devices are shown but when i try to connect to them, those error codes appear.
My router is a DIR-860L A1 fw v1.11 and my camera is a DCS-5222L B fw v2.14.04.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Note: My dlink portal for PC Windows works fine and My dlink app for android too: can see devices connected to the router, us and ds speeds, video from ip camera, all ok.

How long ago did it start happening?
Is uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding enabled on your cameras?
-
All enable. In fact devices status are shown in mydlink web page for windows pc and mydlink lite for android phone.

Something you need to phone contact your regional D-Link support office and inquire about. There was a recent maintenance even just this past week so something may have happened or needs to be looked at.
Let us know how it goes.
