Have experience with many firewall, routers. Here is a HOW TO for quick port forwarding:
1. Create a new custom service...
Main Menu > Security > Custom Service > Add a New Custom Service
2. Give it a name, select the link type (TCP, UDP, BOTH (TCP+UDP), or others
3. Select Multiple Ports. LEAVE SOURCE PORTS BLANK.
4. Enter the source WAN port numbers separated by a comma if using multiple ports into the DESTINATION PORTS
5. Click SAVE
7. Create a new firewall rule
Main Menu > Security > Firewall Rules > Add New IPv4 Firewall Rule
8. From Zone - Insecure WAN
9. To Zone - Secure LAN
10. Service (select the name of your created custom service)
11. Change Action to Always Allow
12. Source = ANY
13. Log = Never
14. Internal IP Address = (IP address of server/pc/device you are trying to forward to)
15. Click SAVE
DONE - Quick and Dirty

this does not work for three different computers with different ports.
How is the setup for a three computers and thre different ports.
1.pc port 4xxx
2.pc port 1xxx
3.pc port 2xxx
Help please

In firmware 3.11_WW dated 10/15/18, the following cannot be done:
3. Leave Source Start Port and Source Finish Port BLANK
If you try and save the service it won't let you until you fill it in.
SO... does not appear to work in 2019.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Setup this port forwarding, but not working:
Custom Service
Name: AppPort
Type: TCP
Port Type: Port Range
Source Start Port: BLANK
Source Finish Port: BLANK
Destination Start Port: 30000
Destination Finish Port: 30000
Firewall Rules
From Zone: INSECURE (WAN)
To Zone: SECURE (LAN)
Service: AppPort
Action: Always Allow
Source Hosts: Any
Log: Always
Internal IP Address: 192.168.1.10
Enable Port Forwarding: ON
Translate Port Number: 30000
External IP Address: Dedicated WAN
Tried changing
Source Start Port: 30000
Source Finish Port: 30000
We even turn off all Attack Checks, upgraded the firmware to 3.17B401C_WW. Tried revert back to 3.17. All also failed.
We have another branch using DSR-500 with firmware 3.17, setup the exact same port forwarding rule, works perfect!
Please help!!! Is there a possibility of firmware bug?!?

Thank you! I have been banging my head on the wall trying to figure out why my port forwarding was not working. I was entering the destination port numbers into the source fields as well instead of leaving them blank. Tested and working now!
PS running firmware 3.13_ww
