My network seems to be operating very slowly through my DAP-1522 bridge. How do I do a speed test to be able to say exactly what speeds I am getting? Sorry I am a newbie.
Thanks!

Best method have found is to use IPerf.
It measures TCP/UDP bandwidth available between two hosts, and is relatively painless to setup and understand.
Get Iperf here http://sourceforge.net/projects/iperf/files/jperf/jperf%202.0.0/jperf-2.0.0.zip/download

I use
www.speedtest.net
I can test locally or to a city location that my son play gaming server are to to see how fast link speeds are.
I am getting 5Mbit down and 1.1up out of a possible 20Mbit downon a pc that is connect to the bridge via a powerline adaptor to the bridge to the wireless router.
I am using QOS and limiting each decive to max at 5Mbit down.
