You know,
D-Link support (let alone anyone else) is going to have a difficult time helping you out as the details about your problem is about as useful as staring at a cement wall.
Would it be possible for you to elaborate on your issue? Perhaps even some steps to reproduce so that members have a better understanding of what the perceived issue you're having is?
