Title: internal calls ok however doesn't go out through...

I have Dlink DVX 2000MS with 3 of dph125ms. DVX is connected with Router. Router is connected to T1 main Router which is provided by T1 service co. also we have a switch box. So via the switch phones are connected eachother. MS response program installed and I added phones and users(except Phone service ; I dont know why I cant add any of phone services. If I click on add, then none of phone line adapters found on the network. So I skipped it. anyway via switch, we can call internally(We can call phone A to B or C) But I cant call to cells or home phones.
Anybody knows ????

You did not mention the gateway here (DVG-3104MS). Who is your  service provider? Are you using VoIP or PSTN? Please clarify so that we can better assist you.
