Title: Desktops can't locate Printer connected to DIR-655. HELP!

Hello,

All of my desktops (LAN wire) can not locates the Brother printer I connected (LAN wire)to one of the open ethernet ports the DIR-655.  All my laptops using wireless were able to print without any issue.  Any help is much appreciated.

Desktop -----LAN Switch-----DIR-655------Printer

A little background information please:

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you added your printer to Devices and Printers as a network printer?
