Title: Slow connection

Hi,

I've been experiencing slow connection using my DIR-628 router (wired and wireless mode). Large emails last hours to download if it's not canceled the process, Skype voice is not good, downloads take much longer.

If I disconnect the router and connect directly to the cable modem the speed is good.

I've reset the router to the factory settings and the problem continues.

I've used several routers before as D-Link, Linksys and Buffalo and I'd never experience this.

Is there any setting I have to change in order to improve speed?

Check if you have the latest firmware, if not update it and check if makes difference.
