Title: trying to do a backup from one 323 to another

I have 2 NAS boxes and wanted to copy from one to the other using the backup functionality
  ftp://mynas1/Volume_1/pictures/
When I do a test I get:
"Test result: Failure
Please verify the URL,DNS settings,and your account settings."

I tried using other URLs
 ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/developr/
and test works fine

I can ftp from the command line of my computer with no problem.
Ideas?

Your FTP set to the root it seems. What firmware are you running? Have you tried the IP address of the NAS instead of the name?
