It will work with macs but be prepared to deal with some of the issues that are being reported in this forum.  I'm running Mac 10.5.8 and 10.6 (beta tester) and I'm having to enter my password to the router 2-4 times when I use safari before the router accepts it.  It your router comes with firmware version lower than 1.20 keep it and do not upgrade it until the issues are resolved.

I had zero problems running OSX Leopard (beta versions also) on my Dell XPS M1530 with the Intel 1505 wireless N mini-pci express internal adapter. But thats only because it uses the same broadcomm chipset that the MBP does. :)
