Title: Push Notifications Stopped IOS Again

Push notifications have stopped again on all cameras (5010l,5020l,522l,2670l) Nothing since approx 8:00AM today. iPhone 6s IOS 11 updated.  Rebooted everything, no luck.

Verify push notifications are turned on in the mydlink lite app. I went to mine the other day and 3 of my cameras were unchecked for some reason.

Testing was done yesterday with mydlink lite and iOS 11 (it all worked). I will have a tech test and report it.

Just talked to a tech with multiple cameras and iOS 11. He is not getting notifications either. They will notify the mydlink team.

I have android and everything works.

Figured it was an IOS issue.  IOS 11 updated a couple days ago to 11.0.2.  Called it in anyway to Canada support.  Thanks for the update.

Can you remote view video with 11.0.2?

Actually the tech is now getting notifications and able to remote view in 11.0.2.

Had 2 different uses who updated to 11.0.1 and then 11.0.2 that stopped receiving notifications reinstall the mydlink app and then reboot the phone. This seemed to have fixed the issue.

i was getting them ok with 11.0.2, installed two days ago.  They seem to be back now intermittently, although lagged by 30-60 seconds when normal is 1-3sec.  Might still be a server issue.  Will try a reinstall to see if it stabilizes.

Sorry, it seem to resolve within the next day or two and has been fine since.  Although a week later support called me to say they were still working on the issue.  So maybe it was still affecting some users?

Seem some connections issues however mostly with newer recent iOS versions.
