Title: DWR 953 and scan with WIFi or ethernet attached printer

Hello  from yesterday I actived a DWR 953 for a simple 4G/WIFI LAN...It's all ok apart for a problem
I'm using a canon 3520I printer attached with WIFI or to DWR 953 ethernet port.....never problem for Printing for WIFi PC or ethernet port PC BUT instead I never able to obtain a scan for printer to any PCs

If I connect Canon via its Ethernet port and a other small switch to PC it's ok but instead with the insertion of DWR 953 and using its ethernet ports it's impossible to acquire a scan. The same via printer in WIFI

any help

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.  We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
