Title: Re-install firmware without web interface
Post by: daveoxford on June 17, 2018, 12:23:47 PM
Hi

I have a 320 and appear to have bricked the firmware. I can't ping the IP address.

Is there another way I can re-install the firmware?

Hoping somebody can help!

Thanks

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

You might also go and have a read of the wiki at http://dns323.kood.org/start  where you will find the necessary information for a serial or JTAG  connection that you will need if you have bricked your unit.

Be aware if you use a serial connection you will need line level translation unit to convert the 5v signal from the PC to the 3.3v of the SOC of the unit.
