Title: All apps in add-on center fail to retrieve after manually install Transmission

Hi all,

I'm getting this message when I'm trying to click on the All Apps button in the Add-on center:
The add-on links are not accessable. Please check the internet connection.

This is happened right after I manually get a new version of transmission from this site http://dlink.vtverdohleb.org.ua/Add-On/

Well, I can say that hundreds of users have installed the transmission and there are no problems. The problem is something else. What addons do you have installed (version)?
