Hi there.
I have a DSL-2740U router (Firmware version is ME_1.03) and I need help setting up that IP/QoS thing to prioritize connected devices, I saw that it's easy to set it up in other routers but this one... I just can't seem to figure it out, here's the settings page image
(https://i.imgur.com/K0ijW93.png)
also there's a "strict prior" option for "Schedule Mode" if that's necessary to know
and i'm not sure if the "insert or modify QoS mark" box at the bottom is necessary (I ticked it to show more settings, default unticked) because if I use it it says "you have selected 802.1p tag, please make sure 802.1q is enabled in specified WAN interface, otherwise 802.1p tag will not be tagged!", so that's something..
Anyway, what I want to do is to give my laptop the highest wifi priority and give the lowest priority to an android device (I know some of you are going to say that it's a scummy thing to do.. believe me, it's not this time).
So please someone tell me what settings to fill/use, any help will be appreciated, Thank you :)

Due to the complexity of this modem and this modem is not marketed here in the USA, it might be best to bridge this modem and get into a DIR series router that has simpler QoS settings.
Something similar as seen here:
