Title: Unable to connect via cellular
Post by: bemis12 on March 17, 2019, 02:41:25 PM
Just got this DCS-8010LH.  Accessing the camera works perfectly thru the Dlink app.... as long as I am on wifi.  Any wifi, not just at home.

But if I have to access it thru cellular data, it just says "loading" and never stops.

Firmware version is 1.00.04.  My phone is an iPhone 8+ on the latest IOS, using Cricket as the provider.  My router is an Asus RT-AX66U.

The issue is likely with the app or cellular network rather than the camera itself. Make sure cellular data is enabled for the D-Link app in your iPhone settings, нулс бравл (https://nullsbrawlapkz.ru/) Low Data Mode is off, and the app has permission for Background App Refresh and Local Network Access. Also, ensure the app is updated to the latest version, and try signing out, restarting your phone, and logging back in. If it still doesn’t work, check your router’s UPnP and firewall settings, as remote access relies on them, and test from a different mobile network to rule out carrier-related restrictions.
