Title: Dlink lite app crashing on iphone

This just started today. I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 12.3.1 and the MyDlink Lite app 3.8.14. The app crashes while opening. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it still crashes. Please inform me of any fix.

Also crashing on my iPad. It seems to crash during the sign in process...

My iPhone 6sP with 12.3.1 loaded is not crashing for me. Android pad is working too...

Has both iPhone and iPad been rebooted?
Wireless connected or cell service connected?

mydlink team found an issue and fixed it  ;D
