Title: Cant connect too D-Link AC1750 wifi range extender

Hi all,

I'm following the setup instructions exactly but my D-Link AC1750 wifi range extender won't connect.

I've tried option 1 - pressing WPS on modem and button on the extender. It flashes Green but does not go solid green or form a connection.

I then tried to connect via web browser but the extender does not show as an option to select under Network. I can see my neighbours extender (called Netcomm 8316-EXT) and my own WiFi network, but no option to select D-Link Extender under Networks.

I've tried rebooting everything and resetting the extender, but no luck. It's drivinng me crazy so any help you can provide would be appreciated.

• What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
• What region are you located?

What model DAP is this?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
