Title: D-Link DGS-1210-24 reboot continuously

Helo to everyone,
Today morning we have installed a new switch with two VLANs, one for corporative network and anotherone for VoIP. We have setup the Voice VLAN on the VoIP VLAN, obviously. But, after setup Voice VLAN Auto Detection the switch started to restart continuously, we have deactivated Auto detection, but the switch continue restarting continuosly. What could be the issue?

Does a power cycle OFF for 30 seconds then back on stop the rebooting?
Does a factory reset on the switch stop the rebooting?

What FW version is currently loaded?
Check for FW updates.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
