Hi,

when i turn off my router, my IPCAM don't record on microSD, why ???

Is the Ethernet cable connected to the camera from the router?

Hi,

i use my 8525 ipcam in wireless, it works perfectly and it record events on microsd

but when i turn off my router it not record on sd.

So if the source wireless radio is turned off, I presume the camera maybe dependent upon having internet access and services for full operation. I don't know if these cameras work independently to record to SD if the internet access is disabled, wired or wireless. Something to contact D-Link support about and ask. Most D-Link cameras need internet access for full operation.
