beta too has same rebooting beeping issue. 

did full re install and reconfigure and same issue present.   this beta is deemed defective. reverting to prior 2 yr old version 2.4.3 has no rebooting but of course has year 2020 issue.

please advise when the new fix will be posted.

Users will need to contact D-Link support and let them know about what your seeing. As there's nothing else we can do here in the forums.
