				Just installed D-ViewCam
In the display area I see
 - the camera name,
 - icons are red for Event Status and Video Status
 - the screen displays   "Connecting" for this camera  ( I have only one cam)
 - in Event Action Log Area :  type=VideoLost   + Date/Time + Source wisht name of camera in it
I see video correctly in browser.
How can I fix this ?
Thanks

Goto the information of the camera in D-ViewCam and verify the proper IP address, Username and Password, and the proper viewing port. Also if you are running any anti-virus programs on the PC try disabling and/or try verifying the D-ViewCam software is properly allowed and see if the issue persists.

				Thanks for help.
Verified all of the above, except for the port.
What I see in D-ViewCam setup for this camera is  port  80
How can I find what port number it should be?
Am using DI-624 router.

Are you adding it to a PC on its local network? On this camera 80 is the default port and you have the option to enable a second http port for remote or alternate access. If you are adding a remote camera I would recommend using the second http port. But if this is local you should not need to mess with the port.

Yes, on same DI-624 network with PC.
I do not know how to manage ports, I do not even know where to look for it.
Eventually, if I  become more "intelligent" with this thing, I may need to manage camera from remote location using web facility. But I think I still have to learn a lot.
How do I  enable a second http port for remote or alternate access ?
Thanks again for your patience and your help

The option to enable it is under the Network settings.
