Title: Parental Control for DIR-882

Hi there,

My router is DIR-882 HW:A1 FW:1.20

I have 2 problems regarding parental control:

One:
After enabling parental controls for my kids’ devices, they will turn back to disable status from time to time. I have to do it again.

Two:
Say I have set the schedule between 0:00 and 6:00 for parental control. However when my kids turn on their devices around 8:00, sometimes they can’t get connection. I have to disable parental control so that they can get connected.

Do you have any advises on my case?  Thank you

What browser are you using?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

I am using Safari on my iPhone/iPad.  And yes, I had a factory reset and had performed setup from scratch early this year.

You can try the FW update v1.30 to see if this changes anything.
