Mac Filtering was removed a long time ago on newer DIR series routers.
Don't know the reasons why. Possible one reason is that some can hack the MAC address on some devices if given the ability to do so.

Have you tried using/enabling  Parental Control for the clients you wish to restrict internet access based on a schedule you desire ? As far as i can tell I can enable Parental control even to a LAN client which has a manual IP configuration ( not a DHCP client ) .
The second question would be .. have you enabled WPA security on your wifi networks ? If so then how can anybody else than the clients who have the network password connect to the internet ?

Parental control works fine but i need mac filterring bcoz there are some people in my neighbour hood who would ask for password from my family and they just provide them and i cant even deny them.

with mac filtering
they would be able to connect but cant access internet

for parental controls i have to keep checking any  new connected clients bcoz as with mac filtering i could allow a specifc mac addresses only

Change the SSID name and PW or just the PW and tell your family members to not give the PW out anymore. If they do, then family members should be held accountable.  ;)

I agree with FurryNutz but if you really ant to have your cake and eat it too there may be a workaround .
You can enable the guest networks with the same SSID and password as your current network but make it usable based on a schedule just like parental controls so your neighbors wouldn't be able to tell anything changed .
Your main network SSID/passwords you would have to change and hide the networks so they wouldn't be visible to anyone looking for wifi  ; you would have to create manually the connections on your family's devices ( and maybe not give them the password if they can't be trusted ) or connect the devices to the new SSID's and only  afterwards hide the networks .

Alternatively you could always load DDWRT onto the router and have all the functionality in the world ( with less stability unfortunately )  if you're skillful enough to convert the router to 3rd part firmware and to actually use it .

L.E.
You could alsl try IPv4 Filtering with the option Turn IPv4 Filtering ON and ALLOW rues listed where you would only allow access to the outside only to a small range of IPs , the ones you would reserve in the DHCP server for your family's devices only . (this only came to me by reading the issue another user has on another thread) ; be careful how you define your rule as if not done correctly you might find yourself in his position (without Internet access)

Thanks for Sugguestions

Currenlty i am using IPv4 Filtering

I tried DDWRT but on ddwrt wifi sucks very badly cant even get connected outside my living area

also there is an issue or bug (dnt know if only i m facing or every one) , i can only create a total of 24 rules incl every thing like DHCp Reservation, filtering, schedule all total 24 , i will try to reset router and upgrade to FW 1.30 and see if it get solved

as i noticed just now Devices option has been removed from Managment>users>device

that option was for mac filtering

its currently avaible in firmware 1.01

Any way to enable that in Latest firmware

24 rules is the standard limit.
