Title: CANNOT SETUP GATEWAY IN DLINK SWITCH DGS 1210-20

Hello.
this is new problem i ever had in my life.
after using Dlink switch dgs 1210-20 for 2 years.
i have to reset my switch because i forgot the password
but The trouble is after i reset factory the switch
when i setup in quick setup wizard. The gateway didnt want to installed on the device even i already setup on it.
Next i try to setup manually the gateway and IP. But the gateway still not installed. already know what happent into my device?

Is FW update on the DGS?
What browser are you using? Try IE11 with compatibility mode enabled for the switch.
