Hello Team,
I have a D-Link Exo DIR-1360 router, I have activated the D-Link defend services and have downloaded the D-Link defend App from Play Store. After Launching the D-Link Defend App it recognized my router and the connected device and I was able to successfully name all the devices connected to my router. Below are the few problems i am facing with App
1) When I connect to Wifi with my Mobile Android OS, it says "Connected, No internet connection", and im not able to access internet after sometime.
2) Randomly the Wifi gets disconnected automatically in my Mobile.
Both of the above mentioned issues get resolved when i disable the D-Link defend Services.
Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Nope the app is not configured to block any devices, the moment i enable DLink defend services in my D-Link Wifi app all my android phone will get disconnected from the WIFI and gives a notification "WIFI has no Internet." I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
