configuration/settings works but cannot access internet, what is causing it? Is it the isp? (I'm using bsnl)
Also cannot find old firmware if that may fix the issue

We find that online chat or phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

We find that online chat or phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Issue is fixed by changing DNS server, currently using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1(secondary)
