Title: can anybody help me please? can't see my nas all of sudden

I removed the USB portable hard drive, and then my computer can't see the drives anymore in the file explorer, but I have no issue to login via browser and see all files via My Files. so weird, I did a lot search online, turned SMB on and off in windows setting, kind of things, but still, not able to see them , not able to back up anything.

BTW, KODI plays all files without any problems as usual
