Title: DNS-354 full and cannot access

Dear all,

my DNS-354 is full. I cannot mount as a cifs drive, nor ftp. When I try to access 'My Files' in Sharecenter through 'Volume_1' the 'Processing please wait...' message never stop and accordingly I never get access.
How can I access the files to remove a big file that I have in mind and the operation becomes normal?
