I am unable to open D-Link Defender using a Android 11 on a Google Pixel2. Been several weeks now. The icon is grayed out and asks me to install it even though it is installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Defender several times with no luck.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that chat or phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
