Title: my two adsl connection diagnostic test are failed. how to pass

Hi,
While testing the router for possible failure in any thing, I found two adsl connection test failed, which I have given in the link
How to pass the test. It is in the ATM settings, what should I do to pass these test.
What the failure convey to me, please
the router is dlink dsl 2750 u wifi router

Might contact your ISP service to see if that's something they need to look at.
Ensure the phone line and signals are good up to the modem. Something the ISP needs to look into.

Factory reset the modem and setup from scratch and test again.

Hi, here I give the adsl details that is present in the modem in adsl status page

I also wish to inform you that my telephone ringing tone is clear without any kind of noise, internet access is good and fast
I also wish to state that in Internet Section diagnostics, all the things are PASS status.
What is this failure means then,
Test ATM OAM F4 Segment Loopback    FAIL
Test ATM OAM F4 End-to-end Loopback    FAIL
