Title: Can't Connect DDNS Host Site

I'd like to know recently why DDNS setting in LX1870 reports disconnected.  Tried my DIR-X1560 and successfully connected after start-up but LX1870 can't with the same setting.  How many items I re-set but getting the error screen below:

I'd like to know if there is a way to troubleshoot this using command line or other tools  Hoping to get your feedback.
