Title: Underwired Sports Bras: Are They Worth It?

Hello.

I've been looking into getting a new sports bra and noticed a lot of options with underwire. I usually go for non-wired ones for comfort, but I'm wondering if underwired sports bras (https://www.envie4u.co.uk/collections/sports-bras) offer better support, especially for high-impact activities. Do they actually make a significant difference, or are they just as comfortable as their non-wired counterparts? I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried both. Are there any specific brands or styles you recommend? Any advice on choosing the right one would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
