Title: Administrator has blocked access...page on unfiltered site.

Hello all. Its the strangest thing.   Users wired to this router will every now and then get the Administrator blocked this site page to websites domains i do not  have blocked.  They are not even close matches either.  I have to go in and hit the save button on the website filter tab and they are able to access it fine. I do have some listed but they are not anywhere close to being a match.

Also in a separate problem kinda related to website filtering.   The filters do not work if you use the browser within Google Earth.  I discovered this when I popped on a users screen for some maintenance while they were at lunch and low and behold, Myspace was up  >:( one of the sites i have filtered for blocking. How is this possible? How do I block this?
