I have 3 DWL-3200 AP's.
I can get them setup and working with my network, but if I switch the AP to a static IP, when I type that IP into a web browser the connection just times out and I can't get to the config page. It will appear in the Dlink AP manager with the assign static IP. If I reset the AP I can then access it on the default ip address. Any reason why I'm not able to reach the config page after giving the AP a static IP. And yes my computer's ip is being change to be on the same subnet as the AP.
Thanks

When you are making that change, how are you doing it?
Web GUI or AP Manager (I or II)?
-
I've tried from both, I've been trying more recently from the web GUI

And which FW version are you rocking?
-
2.3

Does the newer firmware on http://support.dlink.com have the same problem?
My understanding is only IP Address settings are effected right?
-
Looks like that fixed my issues.
Thanks

I'm having a similar challenge. The DWL-3200AP is sometimes dreadfully slow in displaying its web interface. A reboot helps. v2.5 firmware.
