Everything was setup and working fine for a couple of weeks, including a shared printer across 1 PC and 2 MACS, using Sharepoint.
Now my USB light is off and my Sharepoint indicates that "No USB devices were found on the network".
Hardware Version: B1 Firmware Version: 2.02NA
I've unplugged the printer, the router and the cable modem. Sometimes it will recognize the printer for a few seconds and vanish. >:(

I'd say, hard reset the router and build the config again from scratch.
Can't think of anything else, besides calling DLink or taking a hammer to the router...no, don't do that, just kidding.

Blendtec can take care of the problem once and for all - http://www.youtube.com/user/blendtec?blend=1&ob=4
Seriously, have you tried to login to the admin interface and disable then re-enable USB Shareport? I'm not really an expert at Shareport, don't use it since its so bloody slow.
