Title: Passthrough?
Post by: TaGam on September 05, 2009, 07:37:07 PM
Hi,

I've been pulling my hair out trying to get the settings right for my DIR-615, hoping someone can help.... Here's my situation,

I have 2 D-Link Routers, 2 rooms, 2 networks and 1 Cable Modem.

Room 1:
Cable Modem ->- D-Link WBR-2310 (Wireless G) ->- Computer A (Windows XP Professional)

Room 2:
D-Link DIR-615 (Wireless N) ->- Computer B (Windows 7) & PS3

What I'm Trying to do:
Use the router in Room 2 as a Wireless Access Point to connect to the router in Room 1 and give Computer B and PS3 Internet Access.

I've had people tell me several things to try, and I either can't find the settings they're talking about (as they are general instructions not 615 specific) or am doing it wrong... Consider me a noob, I need as exact instructions as I can get.

Thank you
