Title: My a2 with fw 1.16b3 just turned stupid
Post by: Puffnstuff on September 12, 2009, 11:49:43 AM
Well I'm sad to report that my a2 running firmware 1.16b3 just turned stupid after 16 days uptime and wouldn't allow anybody to access the internet properly.  I had to power cycle it to get it going again and now everything is back to normal.  This is getting to be a royal pain in my side and I cannot believe that this is happening when I'm not using the 1.2x fw.  I did do some torrents over the past couple of days but this never happened before.

You know, when I told you guys a while ago that the 1.16 FW was EXACTLY the same as the 1.20, you didn't listen.  Again, I'll say it.  The 1.16FW is THE SAME as 1.20.  1.15 is your safest bet.

I rolled back to 1.12 last night with its broken gamefuel rules.  I am very disappointed by this.

This morning I retried 1.15 and relived the inability to change settings without the wireless enabled.  Ended back at 1.16b3 however does anybody remember using 1.13 and the issues surrounding it?

16 days, you probably set some sort of uptime record... You should be proud, not disappointed.  ;)
