Title: Reconnecting to wireless router after resetting to factory default

I had to reset the router to factory default.  I no longer can access the router.  The IP address changed from the default address.  I no longer have the CD that came with the router to set up the internet connedction.  It wll not allow me to set up manually. 

Any suggestions
