Title: DIR-685 - SharePort

I just bought a DIR-685, Exteme N router. It have 2 USB port. After installing the SharePort Network USB Utility software, i connect my USB thumbdrive to it. I have 4 computers connected to the router(Network), 2 wired, 2 wireless.
 
But onli 1 wired and 1 wireless computer can see the device(Utility icon turn GREEN), the other 2 terminal is unable to see (icon remain RED).
 
What could be the problem? my computer settings? faulty device? plese HELP?

On share port is only one connection at time possible. So other can wait till someone end using of it.
