After some further testing I came to a conclusion that the firewall timeouts  VPN connection after 188MB of data had been transferred.

Can any one help on this??

Thanks!

Do you have a data length based lifetime set?

Why do you have your IPsec and IKE timeouts set to that value, the default should be sufficient, and different values lead to potential re-keying problems.

IKE lifetime is set to 0KB

After updating the firmware to the latest version 2.20. I have  reset to default values. I think that numbers are 3600 and 2800.

I changed those values because of the problem of timeouts i received from the firewall.

Ok, well that contradicts your first post and is sure to cause problems.

Humour me and leave the timeouts at 28800 and 3600 as is default and tell me if you have a problem.

The timeouts accrued before I changed the default values.
They are default now I'll post back if the problem reacquires.

Thanks for now
