I hope some one can help. A customer of mine has two kids that stay up late to play xbox live. She wanted me to block the internet at night. So I setup two schedules Sun - Thus start at 9pm and end 9am and friday sat. start 11pm end 9am. then I added these polices to the access contol to block all access to all ip address connected to the router. at 11pm last night the internet went down but I got a call this morning that after 9am it was still down. I told them over the phone to reset the router from the back and it came back up. Is there something I am missing are should look for.

Call me stupid, However did you double check the TIME (NTS) is correct? I have a revision (b) and the schedules always worked on my end...

I've had the same problem. I had mine set to turn off all Internet access to my kids' computer from 8 pm to 8 am every day. Every Sunday Internet access would be denied after 8 am. I'd have to log on to the router and turn off that rule, save settings and then turn it back on and save settings again. PITA.
I now just use Parental Controls in Windows 7 to prevent them from loging on during those times.
On a DIR-655
