Title: DPR-1260. unable to print *.doc or PDF files from Vista Laptop

I have a strange problem.
I have connected D4300 HP deskjet printer to the DPR-1260

I am unable to print *.doc and *.pdf files from my vista laptop. But *.txt files and test print works!

I have xp Laptop where every thing prints from this system.

Anybody has any tips for me.

I just installed the DPR-1260 on a newly installed Windows 7 laptop.  I come across the same issue.  I can print the test page with no issue.  But, a .pdf document will not print.  This is weird...Help?

Did you ever resolve this issue?  Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same problem and have been unable to resolve it so far.  Thank you...
