Title: 1.03 fw and indicates raid_wizard

when I log in, i click on a link and it immediately goes to:
<URL>/web/formatHD/raid_wizard0.asp?id=7984401
and just hangs there.
I'm fine with reformating the drives as I am just getting started, but cant figure out how.
raid5 w/ 750G drives

any thoughts/suggestions...
perhaps downgrade to 1.02 fw?  I think that's what I'll be trying next...

downgrading firmware resolved issues of response time and allowing me to get to wizard and re-format.
