Title: DIR-825 wireless connection works but wired doesn't
Post by: khazeh on October 05, 2009, 09:23:43 PM
Today we started having problems with the two wired connections periodically dropping. For a while hard reboots seemed to help. Then the router stopped working entirely for the wired PCs - but works fine for the wireless laptop! I tried upgrading to 1.12NA, repairing the connections on the PCs, everything. We had the same problem with the Mac under both BootCamp/WinXP and MacOS. When I open the router control panel it can "see" the PCs and assigns an address to them, however, a ping from the affected wired machines times out.
