ICS means Internet Connection Sharing. If you are using Zone Alarm it probably placed your internet connection into the Internet Zone and place that Zone into "Stealth Mode". This does not allow sharing. Including Internet Connection Sharing.

You can:
1. Stop using ICS and use a router for that connection.
2. Bump the setting for that connection in Zone Alarm from Stealth Mode to Medium.

If you are using the router (which, by definition, does Internet connection sharing), then why do you need Microsoft's ICS?
