Title: Shareport?

Hardware Version B1
Firmware Version 2.02NA
OS: Vista 64

Any help is appreciated...

Not working at all...no USB light on front router to indicate detection...printer showing up in shareport utility, but not sure if it's mine as it shows no printer model number...spent time at this so far and its anything but intuitive...

My Brother HL-1230 shows up as a long string of yyyyyyy's with two dots on top of each y in the "USB device name" and the "Name" field. I was able to change the Name: field to Brother HL-1230 so that is what shows up in the Shareport app now. My USB light is on as long as my printer is plugged in. Is the "My USB Type:" set to Shareport in the router setup? I'm guessing it is or the printer wouldn't show up at all but it couldn't hurt to double check or even change it, save settings and then change it back.
